[ ] Understand what PMM looks like at your target companies: is it more inbound vs. outbound? What responsibilities might one have? Where does PMM sit within the organization? Who does PMM report to? Having these questions answered early on will help you have a better understanding of what a PMM role looks like at your respective company. Some ways you can learn about PMM are online research, Haas alumni, and peer advisors.
